On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the District Office, SPUSD recognized employees for their tireless dedication and commitment to students. The District awarded five school site Teachers of the Year, and two Oneonta Teachers of the Year, along with nearly 50 employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years of service. 

Ten employees who have announced their retirements were acknowledged and appreciated for their tremendous contributions to South Pasadena Unified, including retiring Superintendent Geoff Yantz. Best of luck in your retirement!
