Arroyo Vista Fifth Grade State Projects Dazzle Parents and Guests

With smiles and an enthusiastic and thundering “Welcome,” Arroyo Vista fifth graders greeted parents and guests on Friday, December 8, and showcased their impressive state projects.
An annual tradition for as long as many can remember, the state projects include handcrafted floats decorated with natural materials and patterned after Rose Parade floats, powerpoint presentations, blueprints, stamps, and essays with details about a state’s history, geography, commerce, symbols, sports teams, and more.
Distinguished guests for the day’s presentations included the Tournament of Roses Royal Court. Thank you to Lisa Clark, Reina Rogers, Michelle Taormina, and Erin Wahbe for their guidance and support of the students and their projects.
Go, Wildcats!
